Oakridge Park
Urban redevelopment project
Oakridge Park is one of Vancouver’s most ambitious urban redevelopment projects, transforming the former Oakridge Centre into a large-scale mixed-use community. The development integrates residential towers, commercial spaces, and public infrastructure within a complex, multi-phase construction environment.
Lexa Group contributed to concrete execution and finishing operations across multiple tower and parkade levels within the project.

Role & Execution
Our team delivered structured concrete placing, finishing, and self-leveling services within an active high-density development. Full-tower self-leveling in Tower 3 required strict adherence to flatness tolerances and coordinated sequencing to support downstream finish trades.
In Tower 4 and parkade areas, Lexa Group completed finishing adjustments and correction work to ensure surfaces met project standards and readiness requirements.
Performance Impact
Operating within a multi-phase urban redevelopment demands adaptability, disciplined workforce coordination, and precise execution. Our involvement supported schedule progression while maintaining quality standards across residential and structural areas.
Oakridge Park reflects Lexa Group’s capacity to manage both large-scale self-leveling scopes and detailed finishing completion work within complex construction environments.
